Lincoln Terrace Cleaners offers convenient, reliable and FREE pick-up and delivery services to all of our customers who open a store account. If you have an existing account and would like to arrange to have your laundry and/or dry cleaning picked-up and delivered, please fill out the simple form to your right or call us at
212-874-3066. New customers must open an account before they can schedule pick-up and delivery service.

SERVICE NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS:

Unless otherwise specified, all orders should be left with your doorman or concierge

Wash & fold laundry must be bagged separately from dry cleaning and laundered shirts

Same day service is available for all orders that are received before 10AM

However, Lincoln Terrace Cleaners cannot guarantee specific pick-up or delivery times. Furthermore, Lincoln Terrace Cleaners reserves the right to refuse to process any item deemed unserviceable. Lincoln Terrace Cleaners is also not responsible for anything left in pockets or fastened to garments. Unless a detailed itemized list accompanies your order, Lincoln Terrace Cleaners' laundry and dry cleaning count must be accepted as correct.
